Massachusetts voted to decriminalize marijuana. (If someone is in possession of one ounce or less, s/he will have to pay a $100 fine, but it’s no longer a felony.)
Someone on the radio finally explained why it passed now: because it’s the only way MA residents can get through a season of Patriots football without Tom Brady.
