Over at QueryTracker, I blogged about what it was like turning the ebook of The Boys Upstairs into an audiobook. In short, it was a lot of fun, and I really liked working with my narrator, Ryan Prizio.
And hey, it’s got a new cover, which is always an awesome thing:
The Boys Upstairs
is now also a print book, or at least it will be by tomorrow when the proof copy arrives and I approve it. 🙂 But don’t you love that cover? I adore what Charlotte Volnek did with the shadows.
(Just to recap: The Boys Upstairs is about a cop who’s trying to save three homeless kids only a few nights before Christmas, with temperatures below zero and dropping. The only one who can help them is his estranged brother, a disabled priest.)
I’ll let you know when the audiobook version is available. It will be at Amazon, Audible, and iTunes. Later!
It’s finally in real print! Now I can read it! I am so glad, Jane! It’s an early Christmas present – even if it’s not available in time for Christmas. (Any chance it will be?)
As soon as the book arrives and I can click “approve proof,” it’ll be available in print! 🙂 So, yeah, by later this week. Thanks!
